Thanks. I see the page, but I don't see how to start live chat. Maybe its just on my end. THis is what I see

My page has a Live Chat Icon just below the "Having Trouble"link. I don't know how to do a screen shot.

Funny-I went through this yesterday.....thought I had lost my mind(or that they had taken it down)..

Surprisingly, I was only on hold for a couple minutes before getting a rep on the phone.

Can anyone see the icon right now? I've tried a few computers users IE 6 and 7 and FFox 1.5 & 2.0
